Player of the Season Award 2000/2001

At the end of each season members of the OWWSA are asked to vote for their Player of the Season.

For the 2000/2001 season goalkeeper Martin Taylor deservedly won the award after coming close the previous season when Dave Carroll was the winner. Martin was in outstanding form during the season and was ever present - playing every minute of The Wanderers' 63 games during the marathon 2000/2001 campaign.
He was particularly prominent during the FA Cup run and who will ever forget those nerve racking penalties in the shoot-out at Selhurst Park against Wimbledon.
